Is my money safe?

Tenon never takes custody of your funds. For spot swaps your funds stay in your own wallet until the exact moment a trade executes — no deposits, no locked balances, no hot wallets. Every execution routes through Jito MEV protection to shield against sandwich attacks. You can revoke permissions in one click, anytime.

Perps work differently, and you should know how. Perpetuals are margin products: your collateral is deposited into the venue's own on-chain program (Drift or Jupiter) because that is how margin trading works everywhere. Tenon never holds it and cannot move it — the position and the collateral belong to your wallet on the venue, and you withdraw directly from them. But it is a deposit, and we would rather say so than let you find out at signing time.

What if I lose internet?

Your condition stack lives on Tenon's infrastructure, not your browser. Once deployed, Tenon monitors 24/7 regardless of whether your device is on, your browser is open, or you're connected to the internet. If your conditions are met at 3am while your phone is off — it still fires. You'll see the completed trade when you come back online.

Can I cancel a trade?

Yes, instantly. Any active condition stack can be cancelled in one click from the My Trades screen. There are no lock-up periods, no exit fees, and no waiting. If a trade hasn't fired yet, it's fully revocable. Once a trade has executed onchain, it's final — like any blockchain transaction.

FEES

How much does it cost?

Tenon charges a small execution fee collected at protocol level — built into the swap routing, not a separate charge. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no fee to set conditions or monitor. You only pay when a trade actually fires. Standard Solana network fees apply. The exact fee varies by venue — typically 0.3–0.5% — and is always shown in the trade receipt before you deploy.

CONDITIONS

How many conditions can I stack?

Up to 10 conditions per trade. You can combine price levels, RSI thresholds, volume spikes, EMA crosses, time windows, stablecoin depegs, and cross-asset triggers — all monitored simultaneously. Choose whether ALL must be met, ANY ONE is enough, or set a custom N-of-N threshold (e.g. 3 of 5).

How fast does it execute?

For standard price and TA conditions — sub-100 milliseconds from condition met to onchain execution, using direct RPC connections and Jito bundles for priority landing. More complex triggers — like cross-asset conditions, Polymarket event resolution, or multi-source oracle checks — may take slightly longer as they require additional verification steps. Still significantly faster than any human could react, but the exact speed depends on your stack. Simple price trigger? Near-instant. Multi-condition thesis with external data? A few seconds. Either way — faster than you tabbing between charts.

What tokens can I trade?

The goal is to support every tradeable token on Solana — any SPL token with liquidity on supported venues like Jupiter, Raydium, and Orca. Major tokens (SOL, BTC, ETH, JUP, WIF, BONK) are fully supported today. For newer or lower-liquidity tokens, coverage depends on venue routing and available depth — we're actively expanding this. Cross-asset triggers already support stocks, indices, metals, commodities, and forex via Pyth oracle feeds, with more data sources on the roadmap.

SECURITY

Do I need to give Tenon my private key?

Absolutely not. Tenon uses standard wallet adapter connections — the same way you connect to any Solana dApp. Your private keys never leave your wallet. You sign a transaction approval when deploying a trade, and you can revoke that approval at any time.

FEES

Do conditions expire?

You control the expiry. Set your stack to expire after hours, days, or weeks — or leave it running indefinitely. There's no charge for monitoring time. A condition stack that runs for 30 days costs the same as one that fires in 30 seconds: nothing until execution.
